Please join us for a morning of conversation celebrating women who are impacting the Metro Detroit community and beyond.  Hear stories of inspiration, virtually meet women interested in making a real and lasting difference in our community, and learn concrete ways that we all can have a personal impact.

This year’s speaker is Veronika Scott, often referred to as the “Coat Lady” for her work to provide warm coats to the homeless.  She is the founder and CEO of The Empowerment Plan.  The Detroit nonprofit helps people break out fo the generational cycle of homelessness by providing training and employment.  Veronika is a CNN Hero finalist, and was the 2016 Impact100 Metro Detroit grant awardee.
