We operate on a simple and proven strategy: 100 or more women agree to contribute $1,000 each to a $100,000 grant. We then participate in the grant selection process, developing our knowledge and leadership, and investing in nonprofits headquartered and serving in the Metro Detroit, Tri-country area.
Join us in this exciting philanthropic opportunity. We look forward to hearing from you!
Thank you for your interest in our group of philanthropic and engaging women.
Our purpose is to cultivate transformation in our local community by uniting women in collective giving. How do we do that? We provide an environment that is inviting and rewarding while giving women the ability to combine their money in order to make big contributions to local nonprofit organizations. We offer opportunities for women to harness and grow their talents through direct participation in the philanthropic process. And we provide awareness of and exposure to an expanded universe of local nonprofits.
Come join us. We promise you will experience the euphoria of united giving that makes a significant impact in our community.
Giving makes us all feel good! Your financial donation will become a part of one or more $100,000 grants we give to nonprofits each year. And, we help make giving a personal experience by inviting you to become more directly involved in the Impact100 Metro Detroit philanthropic process. We have several committees you may consider joining. The time commitment is not huge, but your insights and contributions are.
So where does the euphoria come in? As a member, you’ll feel it most each May at our annual Awards Event. At this shared meal, our nonprofit finalists will make presentations on their proposed projects and our members will cast their votes for the organization(s) they would like to receive our high-impact grant(s). It is an amazing and heart-warming event where you will learn about so many deserving agencies, and share the joy of giving with your fellow members and guests.
